Get Started!
ADHD doesn’t just affect children — many adults in Edmonton struggle with managing focus, deadlines, organization, and emotions. Finding the right kind of structured support can be challenging, especially when traditional therapy feels too general or abstract.
That’s why we’ve created a virtual ADHD Psychoeducation & Skills Group tailored for adults across Alberta.
This 6-session program provides practical, ADHD-friendly strategies in a supportive group format. Each session blends psychoeducation with real-world skill building.
Participants will explore:
Practical tools for executive functioning
Time and task management strategies
Approaches for emotional regulation
Peer connection and community support
While our team is based in Alberta’s major cities, this group runs virtually — so whether you’re in downtown Edmonton or a rural community, you can join from the comfort of home.
📅 Cohort A: Oct 2 – Nov 6 (Thursdays, 6–8 PM)
